Last updated: October 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sourcing Advisory Services, LLC, doing business as Integris Applied, LLC (“Integris Applied,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit integrisapplied.com (the “Site”), contact us, or receive communications from us. 1. Who is responsible for your data
Integris Applied is the “controller” of the personal data described in this policy. This means we decide how and why the data is used.

- Cookies and similar technologies: with your consent where the law requires it, we use analytics and marketing cookies to understand how visitors use the Site and to recognize returning visitors. See our Cookie Notice for details.
Information from other sources
We sometimes receive business contact information from events and conferences (for example, when you exchange details with us or an event organizer shares your details with your agreement), from public professional sources (for example, an organization’s website or a professional networking profile), or from people who introduce you to us. If we contact you using information from these sources, you can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing info@integrisapplied.com.
Giving us personal data is voluntary. You do not have to use the contact form, but if you do not give us your name, email address, and message, we cannot respond to your inquiry.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive data, such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometric data, or government ID numbers. Please do not include sensitive data in messages to us.
3. How we use your data and our legal basis
If you are located in the UK, EU, or EEA, the table below sets out each purpose for which we use personal data and the legal basis we rely on.
| Purpose | Data used | Legal basis (UK, EU, and EEA visitors) |
|---|---|---|
| Responding to your inquiry and following up on it | Contact form, email, and phone details | Legitimate interests: answering business inquiries. If you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, also steps prior to a contract. |
| Business-to-business relationship management, such as keeping in touch with contacts we meet professionally | Business contact details and correspondence history | Legitimate interests: developing and maintaining professional relationships |
| Sending marketing emails (insights, news, events) | Name, email, organization, preferences | We send marketing emails only where permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe at any time (see Section 6). |
| Analytics and marketing cookies (HubSpot and Google Analytics) | Cookie identifiers, usage data, and IP address | Consent, collected through our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time. |
| Strictly necessary cookies and security (for example, bot protection and fraud and spam prevention) | Technical data | Legitimate interests: keeping the Site secure and working. Consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies. |
| Operating, maintaining, and improving the Site | Technical data | Legitimate interests |
| Meeting legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our rights | Any relevant data | Legal obligation and legitimate interests |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed our interests against your rights and concluded that our use is proportionate and expected in a business context. You can ask us for more information about this assessment, and you have the right to object (see Section 8).
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use the following:
- Strictly necessary cookies from our hosting and security providers.
- Analytics and marketing cookies from HubSpot and Google Analytics. These help us understand Site traffic and recognize returning visitors who have contacted us.
The Site does not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
UK, EU, and EEA visitors: you are asked for consent before non-essential cookies are set. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies, and Google Analytics does not load, unless you accept them in our cookie banner.
Visitors elsewhere: we show a notice and let you decline or change your choices at any time.
Embedded videos from YouTube and Wistia may set their own cookies when the video player loads or when you play a video.
You can change your choices at any time by deleting the cookies for this Site in your browser. The cookie banner will then appear again on your next visit. Our Cookie Notice lists the specific cookies we use.
5. How we share personal data
We share personal data only as described below.
Service providers (processors) handle data on our behalf under written contracts that require confidentiality and appropriate security:
- WP Engine, Inc.: website hosting (United States), engaged through our web developer.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and security (global network).
- HubSpot, Inc.: customer relationship management (CRM), email marketing, website analytics, and cookie consent (United States). HubSpot may also use certain data collected by its tracking code to improve its own products and services, as described in its own privacy policy.
- Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft 365): business email. Contact-form notifications from the Site are sent through Microsoft 365 using the WP Mail SMTP plugin.
- Elementor Ltd.: website-building software. We do not store contact-form submissions in our website database. Submissions are sent by email to info@integrisapplied.com and to HubSpot.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): website analytics. For UK, EU, and EEA visitors, Google Analytics loads only after you consent to analytics cookies.
- Video platforms (YouTube/Google and Wistia): these serve embedded videos. They act as independent providers under their own privacy policies.
Other disclosures. We may also disclose personal data:
- to professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality;
- to authorities where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others;
- to a successor organization if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Marketing emails
We send marketing emails, such as insights, news, and event invitations, only where permitted by applicable law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing info@integrisapplied.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and keep a record of your request so that we do not email you again. Replying to an inquiry you sent us is not marketing.
7. International data transfers
Integris Applied is based in the United States, and our main service providers store data in the United States. If you are in the UK, EU, or EEA, your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. The US may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your country.
Where we transfer personal data, or our providers transfer it onward, we rely on one of the following safeguards:
- the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified.
- the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, through our providers’ data processing agreements.
- the derogations in Article 49 GDPR, where they apply, for example where a transfer is necessary to respond to an inquiry you sent us.
Integris Applied itself is not certified under the Data Privacy Framework. We rely on the safeguards our service providers have in place: Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards using the contact details in Section 1.
8. Your rights
Rights for visitors in the UK, EU, and EEA. If you are located in the UK, EU, or EEA, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your data, for example while we check its accuracy.
- Data portability: receive data you gave us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, or ask us to send it to another organization, where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
- Objection: object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent: where we rely on consent, for example for cookies or marketing emails, you may withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.
Visitors elsewhere. We will honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of marketing, wherever you are located.
How to make a request. Email info@integrisapplied.com or call +1 248-321-9959. We may need to verify your identity. We will respond within one month. We may extend this by up to two further months for complex requests, and if we do, we will tell you. Requests are normally free of charge.
Right to complain. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can try to help. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority:
- United Kingdom: Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ico.org.uk, telephone 0303 123 1113.
- EU/EEA: the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement occurred. A list is available at edpb.europa.eu.

Although we are not currently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA), we voluntarily provide the following information to California residents and honor the requests described below.
- Categories collected: identifiers and professional information (name, email, phone, company, message content), internet activity (Site usage, cookie data), and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Sources and purposes: these are described in Sections 2 and 3.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete their personal information, and they will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, use the contact details in Section 1. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of any sharing.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:

|---|---|
| Inquiries and contact-form correspondence | Up to 3 years after our last contact with you |

| Google Analytics data | 14 months |
| Cookie data | As listed in our Cookie Notice |
| Server and security logs | As set by our hosting and security providers, typically up to 90 days |
| Business and contract records | As required by law, typically up to 7 years |
| Website form entries | Not stored on the Site. If any are stored temporarily, they are deleted within 30 days. |
When retention periods end, we delete or anonymize the data.
11. How we protect personal data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
- encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections to the Site;
- a managed hosting platform with security monitoring and a web application firewall;
- access controls and two-factor authentication for all Site administrators;
- limiting access to people who need it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other websites
The Site links to, and embeds content from, third-party sites and services, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Wistia, Vimeo, partner organizations, and event sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If we make significant changes, we will give more prominent notice where appropriate, for example on the Site or by email.
