Deb has over 30 years of experience in IT Governance, Strategy and Planning, enterprise application and business analytic platform development in sourced operating models. She has led strategy development, operating model design and organizational change efforts to ensure client organizations are prepared to govern the delivery of IT and BPO services in complex multi supplier environments. Her process expertise encompasses ITIL and COBIT process frameworks extending to Project/Portfolio Management, Transition Management, and IT Service Management. Deb’s strong IT development background enables her to lead clients in the evaluation of suppliers and tools to support the monitoring of the execution of supplier governance.

Her knowledge has aided organizations in both the public and private sectors, advising state IT organizations, a multinational financial organization, a US Federal agency, global hotel chains, and private financial institutions in Banking, Investments, and Insurance.

Representative Engagements

  • Commonwealth of Virginia – completed an IT Governance operating model design and implementation for a multi-sourced environment. Established the Governance Framework and supporting processes to support both the transition and ongoing service management and governance.
  • USDA – advised the Office of the CIO regarding operating model change management to improve efficiencies in the IT organization.
  • International Financial Organization – led the redesign of the Vendor Management Organization introducing improved processes and training for the organization in support of a transition to a multi-supplier IT ecosystem.
