Matt Reprogle is an experienced IT service management practitioner and advisor, specializing in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing enterprise IT services for commercial, International and government clients.  He has specialized expertise in and a passion for MSI/SIAM architecture, design, and service delivery including extensive support to international clients in specialty domains including ITIL, SIAM, multisourcing service integration (MSI), service management, infrastructure outsourcing, hosting services, infrastructure technical operations, contractual service delivery and vendor management.

Prior to joining Integris Applied he performed these services for ECS by leading the solution architecture, design, and development for strategic sales proposal teams.   Earlier in his career, Matt worked for Capgemini where he was responsible for delivery of managed services consulting as well as Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and Delphi Corporation.

Representative Engagements

  • Led the solution architecture, design, and development for strategic sales proposal teams across federal departments including Energy, Homeland Security, Treasury, and Defense/Intel (2022).
  • Led a multi-year to provide commercial best-practice consulting for MSI/SIAM transformation for a large federal intelligence agency (2018-2021).
  • Coordinated the Paris-based IT service provider supporting Rolls-Royce headquarters in Derby, UK. in contract renewal discussions and coordinated with service centers in Krakow and Katowice, Poland to integrate US users with the Tier 2 desk in Kansas City, US (2017-2018).
  • Delivered the IT ecosystem for Rolls-Royce North America. This included SIAM services, Service Desk, and Cybersecurity Operations services. The services ecosystem included five Tier 1 managed service providers for applications management, ERP, compute/hosting, networking, and client end-user systems (2016-2017).
  • Transformed IT infrastructure operations in three world regions for Luxottica leadership based in Milan and Bulgaria using HP datacenters using the technical services in Bangalore (2014-2016).
  • Delivered 19 outsourced services provided primarily from the HP service center in Bangalore, India for international clients of Marathon Oil and Marathon Petroleum (2011-2013).
  • Delivered for an international client outsourced services provided from HP service centers in Canada, Panama, Philippines, Costa Rica, India, and Malaysia. Matt also managed an international team of eleven L3/L4 technical staff of direct employees in the US, Canada, and UK (2007-2011).
  • Managed IT hosting service of corporate web and database applications (prior to 2007).
