Integris Applied is pleased to announce the nomination of Randy Tucker for StateScoop’s “Industry Leadership of the Year” award. This is a well-deserved accolade for his (and the program team’s) work with the Georgia Technology Authority.
The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) has long been a state government leader in delivering IT services. Building on prior consolidation and standardization successes, they have recently transformed their IT service delivery program to provide more choice to agency customers through a multi-supplier delivery model. In recent years, Georgia has moved up in the Center for Digital Government’s bi-annual ranking of the states – the leading assessment of state government progress in technology. Moving from a “B” grade to an “A-“ demonstrates GTA’s leadership in making Georgia a more citizen-centric state. Les Druitt, Integris Applied’s founder stated “We are honored to have been a part of GTA’s journey, helping design and implement their procurement, service delivery, and customer relationship strategies.”
“The service-relationship consultants at Integris Applied have provided the Georgia Technology Authority with invaluable guidance in transforming the state of Georgia’s IT service-delivery model,” said Calvin Rhodes, Georgia’s state CIO and GTA executive director. “Their approach helps ensure that our service procurements reflect today’s marketplace. As a result, we’re able to nimbly add innovative technology services to the state’s portfolio.”
