Perry Pascual is an executive with over 20 years experience in IT strategy, outsourcing, program management, service delivery, transition and operations oversight, governance, organizational change, stakeholder management, and communications.  He has led and sustained performance and results in both public and private sector including large, government procurements and transitions.

As the Director of IT Sourcing Strategy for the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), Perry led the assessment and strategy development for a next generation sourcing and delivery strategy, interfacing with numerous stakeholders such as the Governor’s Office, Cabinet officials, the Legislature, and Customer Agency leaders.  This program resulted in successful transition to an MSI/SIAM model, improving delivery and achieving significant cost savings for the Commonwealth.  Most recently prior to joining Integris Applied, Perry worked as a deal capture subject matter expert and advisor, focused on federal government IT services transformation.

Perry holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management, is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, served 8 years as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy, and has completed 14 marathons and 3 Ironman Triathlons.

  • US Department of Agriculture (USDA): Assisted strategy development for IT services change program.
