Integris Applied Contributes to the 2025 SIAM Body of Knowledge, Speaks at Service North Conference

Diane Druitt and Matt Reprogle at Service North 2025 – Global SIAM Conference

Integris Applied has been collaborating with Scopism, the world leader in developing and promoting the practices known as service integration and management (SIAM), over the last two years. In September 2024 we co-hosted two popular online events that highlighted organizations which have implemented SIAM services in their multi-sourced IT ecosystems. Following the success of those events, Scopism invited Integris Applied to become their exclusive distribution channel for SIAM-related products in the Americas region, and the current partnership was born. That partnership has continued to grow and expand to new areas of collaboration in 2025.

This year, Scopism also has been updating and expanding the SIAM Body of Knowledge (BoK), the global reference library for the SIAM methodology. Integris Applied agreed to contribute to the BoK by leading the development of a topical compendium focused on our area of unique expertise, resulting in the volume “Practical Procurement for SIAM”. The 2025 SIAM BoK, along with our compendium, was announced and published on November 3, 2025 at the annual Service North conference in Manchester, UK. This was the first contribution to the BoK by a US-based company, and we are proud to share it with our many partners and customers.

Matt Reprogle speaks on “Driving Integration Through Managed Services Procurement” at Service North 2025.

Also for the first time, Integris Applied helped to sponsor Service North, with company owner Diane Druitt and senior advisor Matt Reprogle in attendance. In conjunction with the publication of the compendium, Matt was the featured speaker at a session “Driving Integration Through Managed Services Procurement”. In this talk, Matt shared best practices developed by Integris Applied for fostering a positive relationship between customer and provider, building a modular contract structure, and especially on how to ensure services integrate and operate with all parties in an IT ecosystem, most notably other service providers.

A point of emphasis in the discussion was that integrating services within an organization is a mandate regardless whether the enterprise has specifically designated a “service integrator” function. Even if an organization is outsourcing for the first time, the service provider must work with internal technical teams, help desks, and customers for smooth service delivery. And driving this integration can happen all through the procurement journey, from setting the strategy to contract structure to negotiation and on to award and transition. Remember, your greatest leverage to influence vendor behavior exists before signing the contract.
