Integris Applied is pleased to be working with Scopism to evolve and communicate the best practices of service integration and management (SIAM) in the US through a series of public webinars.
Effective government services depend on strong IT and digital systems. Every organization needs a technology strategy that provides innovative, cost-effective solutions in a secure and reliable way. While outsourcing these services is an option, it can lead to a loss of control, poor collaboration, duplication, poor value for money, and difficulty in managing the entire service.
Around the world, public and private sector organizations are using Service Integration and Management (SIAM) as an approach to deliver excellent service from complex supply networks.
Scopism was founded in the UK to support IT management professionals as the definitive global source of best practice for SIAM. Integris Applied, an advisory firm focused on improving IT service contracting relationships, developed some of the best practices of service integration in the US, starting with the State of Texas in 2010. Integris Applied then implemented multisourcing services integration programs in the US states of Georgia and Virginia, followed by the Department of Defense’s Defense Health Agency.
