Alejandro is a consultant with over 10 years of financial experience in outsourcing and managed services. From industrial manufacturers to large government agencies, his wide variety of clients has given him a perspective that brings depth to his work. At Integris Applied, Alejandro helps leads the Finance practice, working together with our clients’ Finance Leaders during a sourcing effort to implement IT Financial Management Transformation and to develop Finance Organization Strategy. During a sourcing transaction he works with the client to ensure all financial elements necessary to support the evolution of a Finance Organization are present in contracts. After a sourcing transaction, he works to ensure all contractual financial elements required to support the Financial strategy are delivered by the supplier and effectively managed and utilized by the client’s Finance organization.

Prior to his advisory career, Alejandro worked as Finance Lead and Controller for Capgemini, a large outsourcing and consulting firm and a leading provider of MSI services. He was responsible for managing all account financials ($50+ million in annual revenue), financial contract management, procurement, and pricing. He also led financial and budgetary forecasting efforts for clients.

Representative Engagements

  • State Central IT Agency – Supported client CFO and Finance Organization in all financial aspects of the sourcing engagement and was instrumental in the financial success of the project (over $154M in savings). Activities included mark to market analysis, business case development and maintenance, RFP document development, leading Due Diligence activities, acting as Finance lead in negotiations, IT Financial Management System design, Contract Implementation support, Finance Organization Strategy development.
  • Federal Agency (IT Division) – Supported client in Build Phase of sourcing transaction, developing cost estimate of future sourcing event, funding analysis, and pricing structure.
  • National Food Retailer – Supported client in the development of internally provided SIAM function. Developed cost structure for funding analysis. Implemented financial reporting and cost control processes for delivery of services below the target operating model cost.
