Geof is a consultant with significant experience in outsourcing and managed services transactions, including over thirty years as an internationally recognized attorney focused on outsourcing transactions. He has been involved in wide ranging transactions, representing governments and major international business clients across all major geographies. Geof works collaboratively with major consulting practices and with clients’ internal and specialized outside counsel. At Integris Applied, he has worked on developing and evolving contract frameworks to establish shared accountability among suppliers.
Prior to his advisory career, Geof was a partner in the Business & Technology Sourcing Practice of international law firm, Mayer Brown, and previously was International General Counsel for Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
