Mr. Schultz has over 20 years of information technology outsourcing (ITO), information technology financial management (ITFM), and information technology service management (ITSM) experience across Public Sector, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Chemical Manufacturing.  This expertise includes the financial aspects of sourcing and service integration and management (SIAM) serving as both customer and supplier, as well as leading and participating in the procurement and governance of IT service relationships.

Kevin’s outsourcing experience involves leading financial negotiations, providing governance, and designing service management for diverse areas of information technology services. He began his career in information technology and finance at the Campbell Soup Company, specialized in sourcing finance at the Georgia Technology Authority, and led Sigura’s (now Solenis) IT business office incorporating finance, contract management, and service management.  Prior to joining Integris Applied, he consulted with state government clients implementing ITFM under Symbio Ecosystems.

Since 2004, Kevin has served as Director of Music at Grace Fellowship of South Forsyth, Georgia.

Representative Engagements

  • Private equity divestiture (2019-2020): Oversaw the installation and configuration of ServiceNow as a full ITSM management platform. Established new vendor agreements and established the IT operating budget.
  • Georgia Technology Authority (2014-2017): Led financial negotiations of new outsourcing contracts – driving savings of $20 Million for new contracts on Mainframe, Print, Server, End User Computing, and Managed Security Services components.
  • Georgia Technology Authority (2017): Managed chargeback of IT Services encompassing 1200 State of Georgia Executive Branch agencies, Universities, Technical Schools, and Local and Federal entities and performed financial governance of State of Georgia Outsourced IT Services – $220 million annual spend.
  • Georgia Technology Authority (2009-2014): Developed the FY10, FY11, FY12, FY13, and FY14 IT outsourcing budgets for all Georgia state agencies totaling $220 million annually.
