Michael is an advisor with over nine years of experience supporting the end to end IT sourcing process. His role on the advisory team is to ensure the delivery of Integris Applied methodology and tools in support of strategic sourcing initiatives. Michael assists with the technical and financial aspects of initial assessments, operating model design and implementation, project management, vendor research and selections, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and governance.
Prior to his advisory career, Michael was a senior consultant at Information Services Group (formerly TPI) in the BFSI practice. There he served multiple clients across Mexico, U.S., and Canada.
