Since its founding over a decade ago, Integris Applied has been the leading advisory firm focused on state CIOs and their organizations. We have led our clients through some of the largest state government IT services procurements and transformation programs in the country, including the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR), the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), and the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA).

State IT leaders face significant challenges, like how to select and implement the right technology strategy to serve customer agencies and constituents. Yet, the technology itself isn’t the biggest challenge.

WHAT WE DO

Integris Applied has deep experience in assessing IT services cost, identifying opportunities for savings and service improvements, and collaboratively re-negotiating or re-sourcing contracts to create multi-party wins.  Our team has served as advisors, service providers, and government executives – which means we have seen these initiatives from all angles.  Along the way, we have developed new approaches to sourcing relationships, disentangled clients from complex contracts, and implemented transitions involving multiple procurements and multiple government agencies.

Integris Applied has numerous offerings and wide expertise to help strategize and lead you on your next journey. Whether it’s procurement/contracting, financial assessment and optimization, digital government, AI, service integration, or anything else – we are here to help.

And if you need help figuring out how to contract with us – we have numerous contracting vehicles available or partnerships to engage your State. For guidance on contracting for services like ours, check this article on Best Practices in Procuring Public Sector IT Sourcing Advisory Services.

CLIENT SUCCESS STORIES

Since our founding 15 years ago, we have conducted more than $5.5B in successful procurements. Some of our case studies are highlighted below.

PARTNERING WITH THE COMMUNITY

Integris Applied have been long-time members and active participants in both the National Association of State CIOs (NASCIO) and the National Association of State Technology Directors (NASTD).

With NASCIO, we have worked to evolve the role of the state CIO through the concept of The State CIO Operating Model.  This study and associated artifacts cover the CIO as Broker model and the Four Forces of Government Change.
